Procedure
Putstudentsintopairs.Paireachstudentwithanotherstudentthattheyarenotsitting
nexttoifpossibleandavoidpairingthosewhoarealreadygoodfriends.Giveeachstudent
acopyoftheworksheetandaskthemtocompletetheinformationabouttheirpartnerby
guessing.Theyarenotallowedtoasktheirpartneratthisstage.
Whentheyhavecompletedtheworksheets,tellthepairstositorstandtogether.Each
studentreadsouthis/herstatementsandhis/herpartnermustsaywhetherthestatement
istrueorfalse.Ifitisfalse,theyshouldbeencouragedtogivethecorrectinformation.
Whentheyhaveinished,askthemtodiscusswhethertheyhavealotincommonwitheach
otherornotandgetfeedbackfromtheclass.
Asanalternative,ifyoufeelthatyourstudentsneedmorepracticewithquestionforms,
