QRZHTTPLookup.exe v.146 ========================== By: Rick Ellison N2AMG Email: rellison@twcny.rr.com Web: www.n2amg.com Purpose: ======== Since version (3.16.0) Logger32 does not support a built-in Internet Lookup. This application will provide a means to again lookup information via QRZ.com for Free. Installation: ============= 1. Copy QRZHTTPLookup.exe into the same directory you have installed Logger32. 2. On the Logger32 Toolbar click on the Internet Callsign Lookup button and open the Lookup window. 3. Click on the Toolbox Menu and then select Setup External Module to use. 4. When the setup window opens you will be presented a box to enter the caption you want the Lookup window to have. In this window Enter what ever you want to call it. In the second window enter QRZHTTPLookup.exe or Hit the browse button to look it up that way. 5. Thats it your all setup. Usage: ====== Whenever Logger32 opens it's lookup window and is told to do a lookup it will call QRZHTTPLookup.exe. Which will contact QRZ with the lookup information requested. When the information is downloaded from QRZ.com a browser window will open displaying the lookup information. At the same time the data is taken from the browser window and this information will appear in the Logger32 lookup window. NOTE: As of 6/2/2010 The first time you do a lookup you will need to log into the QRZ site via the lookup application or the extended details will not be displayed and transfered to L32.
