 Cacidi CD Coversheet - Automatic index printing, Cacidi CD Coversheet creates
 an index print with miniature pictures in a user-selected folder. The sizes
 of the pictures are calculated on the basis of the number of pictures (e.g.,
 if there are three, nine pictures will be placed on each page) and margins.
 The pictures in the user-selected folder are placed and scaled and a text box
 is created complete with a file name and the designer's or photographer's 
 name is added. If there are more pictures in the folder than there is room
 for on the page, new pages will be created to create room for all 
 the pictures.

 Although CacidiR CD Coversheet was designed for the production of index 
 printing on CD covers, any page format in AdobeR InDesign_ can be used.
